Rose hips contain carotenoid pigments, plant sterols, tocotrienols and a very high level of anthocyanins, catechins and other polyphenolics. Some of these phytochemicals are known to protect against cancer and cardiovascular disease (CVD). They also contain up to 5 % by weight of pectin, a soluble fiber that protects against CVD. In clinical trials, rose hips were seen to reduce C-reactive protein levels, associated with a lower risk of CVD. Rose hips also have anti-inflammatory properties that have recently been shown to be helpful in the treatment of osteoarthritis.

Palma Rosa Oil (Cymbopogon Martini) reduces bacterial growth in the urinary tracts and gives effective protection against infection in the body (septic) and it is also helpful to reduce the affects of indigestion, stress and fatigue. Palma Rosa oil is also used to help relieve back pain and stiff joints and is a treatment for skin diseases. It is also a key ingredient in some hair growth products used to cure baldness.

Red Raspberry Powder

Red Raspberries rank near the top of all fruits for antioxidant strength, particularly due to their rich content of ellagic acid (from ellagotannins), quercetin, gallic acid, anthocyanins, cyanidins, pelargonidins, catechins, kaempferol and salicylic acid.
